At Construction Advice Ltd we use fully qualified building engineers to provide professional and highly experienced engineering advice. We have over 30 years design and project management within the UK/. Our services are provided to homeowners needing advice on any aspect of house repair, home improvement or construction.

We Offer:

Full Design Service – We will prepare full working drawings with technical specifications and a full scope of works.

Supporting beams design -if you are planning to knock through to form a larger space we can advise on whether the wall is "load bearing" or not. If it is we can design the supporting beam and/or columns required. These can be designed as either steel or timber, or even a combination of both materials.

Planning Applications and Building Regulations– We will advise on planning and building regulations and tell you how to check if your project needs permission. We can prepare all documentation and submit it to the planning authority on your behalf.

Project Management – We can manage your project to avoid mistakes, delays and tend to issues if they arise.
