Construction Advice Ltd have been in business for over 30 years providing structural advice to property developers and other building engineers and interested parties. We have specialist knowledge of flood risk investigations and flood defence designs. We can tackle large projects such as estate development and are equally happy providing plans for home owners such as house extensions, kitchen extensions and other home improvements. We are fully aware of the local building regulations and planning procedures in the areas we serve and can give accurate advice on preparing, submitting and managing planning applications.
