GENERAL INFORMATION.

This site has been developed specifically for use in the United Kingdom. English Law governs all visits to, and advice given. If you live outside the UK you are welcome to seek advice from our advisors but you are strongly advised to determine its application in your own Country with respect to construction regulations.
The information and advice given via the website, or by post or fax, is for guidance only. Whilst we strive to completely answer every question sent in we cannot guarantee this to be so. Unless you are experienced enough to judge the completeness of an answer you are advised to seek Professional advice locally. No warranty is given as to the accuracy of any on-line advice given unless you engage BAC Consulting Ltd. formally to appraise & design (or supervise) for you.


When we work under formal engagement advice, Professional Indemnity Insurance covers designs & supervision given by Richard Burnell Ltd.

Please note that whenever you take up our ON LINE ADVICE service (£17.50 including vat) there is no 7 day cooling off period. This is because of the instant nature of the facility and the "service" commences as soon as your payment confirmation is received by us. This is normally within 5 minutes of the advice request being sent/paid for.

COMPLAINTS/REFUNDS

Should we fail to satisfy your enquiry then please e-mail the Managing Director setting out clearly your dissatisfaction. The MD will review the advice given and may choose to offer a full or partial refund should there be sympathy with you complaint. The decision of the MD is final and will be given within 48 hours of any complaint or application for a refund. Thank you.

BAC will only collect only the data that you send us via your enquiry. This is the minumum that we need to be able to provide our services to you. We will NOT resell or pass on any information about you to any other party without your express consent.
