Our Online Advice service
has been designed to provide fast accurate answers to any questions
relating to building and DIY matters. Our team of experts are
highly experienced professionals from a range of disciplines encompassing
the whole of the building industry. They are backed up with a
vast reference and technical library covering any building subject
you care to name.

We charge a nominal £17.50 (plus
VAT ) towards our research fees for each question asked and will normally
respond within 24 hours (often much less). We sometimes receive questions
that can only be satisfactorily answered by a site inspection, or require
detailed design drawings, in these cases we will advise you to take one
of our hands-on services (the Online Advice fee will be credited towards
this) or, if you prefer not to take this option, we reserve the right
to refund your fee.
If your
enquiry is urgent then please let us know it is URGENT . If you have
