Initial Flood Risk Assessment
Survey & Report
During this visit our engineer will gather information,
view the site area and give you a jargon free, and honest
consultation of approx. 1 hour's duration. From this visit
we also prepare an Engineering Assessment / Brief Report on
your flooding problem and send this to you. This document
will outline possible protection methods and budget costs
for the options discussed.
This service is being
increasingly requested by Property Purchasers and/or Vendors.

PPG25 Reports.
Self builders and developers
are increasingly being required to submit flood risk assessments
with their Planning Applications. These assessments, commonly
referred to as 'PPG25', require the developer to demonstrate
that the proposed construction will not adversely affect any
existing flood plain.
We are able to undertake
these assessments on your behalf and have already successfully
achieved planning consent for self builders and renovators

Designs
Following either our Initial or PPG25 reports,
should you wish to engage us further we are able to design
an individual permanent protection scheme for your property,
estate/road or we can advise you as to the most appropriate
type of flood boards, air brick covers etc for your property
(all are different and you need to be sure that you have the
