We charge a nominal £17.50 (VAT included) towards our research fees for each question asked and will normally respond within 24 hours (often much less). We sometimes receive questions that can only be satisfactorily answered by a site inspection, or require detailed design drawings, in these cases we will advise you to take one of our hands-on services (the Online Advice fee will be credited towards this) or, if you prefer not to take this option, we reserve the right to refund your fee.
